The TDI Decompression Procedures Diver course is an exhilarating move into your technical diving training. This course is the next dive training for divers who are ready to go beyond the recreational diving limits and are willing to learn how to execute decompression dives safely.
Once you have adequately configured Sidemount Diving Gear and have mastered your fundamental skills, with just an additional stage tank for the deco gas, you can start learning how to plan and execute decompression dives.
You will take advantage of this training by combining the TDI Decompression Procedures Diver with the Advanced Nitrox and Sidemount Diver course. These will be the foundation of all other technical diving training beyond this level. We do this by using a combination of multi-gas dive computers as well as planning software. For confined water skills, we use Cenote Jardin del Eden (Closed Saturdays). We can do the training dives in some of the deeper caves around Tulum with Stage Cave certified divers.
Expanding from what you learned during your TDI Advanced Nitrox Course, you will go on to learn about Accelerated Decompression and the proper management of high Oxygen mixes for Decompression Dives to a maximum depth of 45meters.
After your certification and some practice, you will be ready to move into more advanced courses like the TDI Extended Range, Normoxic Trimix, and Advanced Trimix Diver.
