The TDI Advanced Nitrox Diver course gets you ready to start managing breathing gases with up to 100% Oxygen. During the Nitrox Diver course, you learned about the correct handling and use of higher Oxygen mixes and their advantages and disadvantages. Now you will know how to do gas switches underwater safely to allow you to dive longer by extending your no-decompression limit and avoid mandatory stops on the ascent so you can experience more in a single dive!.
The Advanced Nitrox Course aims to expand your diving knowledge in the use of Enriched Air mixes. You will learn advanced dive planning, techniques, and protocols to extend bottom time on dives that do not require decompression stops.
When executing decompression dives using Enriched Air Nitrox as the Deco Gas, your decompression stops will end up being shorter optimizing dive time.
Divers switching from recreational to technical diving usually combine the TDI Advanced Nitrox Diver course with the Sidemount Diver course. Divers with previous experience diving in a Sidemount Diving configuration combine it with the TDI Decompression Procedures course.
