RAZOR SIDEMOUNT CAVE DIVER

Razor Sidemount: training
for serious cave divers.

Control, redundancy, and focus.

The Razor Sidemount Cave Diver Course is a transformative experience that establishes the Razor system as a consistently reliable tool for cave diving. We’ll adjust harness fit, weighting, attachment points, and hose routing to create a clean, stable profile in overhead environments. In the unique and comfortable setting of Mexico’s cenotes, you’ll practice buoyancy and anti-silting techniques through amazing caves, haloclines, and restrictions. This ensures a streamlined position that protects you, your team, and the cave.

Our comprehensive course is designed to instill in you a set of practical skills that you can rely on in any cave diving situation. We focus on conservative gas planning, reel management, and precise use of line markers for jumps, gaps, and T-intersections. You’ll also learn to handle equipment failures (valves, lights, regulators, inflators, cylinder attachments), practice lost-line and zero-visibility exits, and refine team positioning for easy communication and complex navigation. These skills will prepare you for safe and successful cave dives in the Riviera Maya and beyond.
